There are a number of free programs that you can download to your device to view or edit PDF files such as Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, or Foxit.
Entries and file uploads to the main logs for drawings, rfis, submittals, and punchlists cannot be deleted. Be careful what you upload to these sections. Working files can be uploaded to the Temp directory located under the gear symbol and can be deleted at any time.
Simply "Print to PDF" the individual web pages you wish to archive using your PDF viewer software or download a free PDF printer.
Your internet browser has a toggle in it's Print dialog box.
